Dubarry of Ireland have been shoe and bootmakers since 1937 and recently expanded their offering into a great selection of outdoor and country clothing. Originally famed for their deck shoes they're now best known for their iconic Galway Boot. Dubarry was originally a joint venture between the local Chamber of Commerce in Ballinasloe, County Galway and a family from Northampton, the home of English footwear production. The impressive skills of the local craftsmen and women soon earned Dubarry a reputation for excellent workmanship in the design and manufacture of fine leather shoe, and so the Dubarry legacy was established.
In the mid 1990s Dubarry launched their first country boot, the Galway Boot, to offer a high performance boot capable of withstanding demanding environments and wet conditions. Their equestrian and country range has since expanded considerably and is now sold around the wrold.
