The Carr & Day & Martin Killitch 1lt Bundle combines a bottle of Carr & Day & Martin Killitch 1 litre and a 250ml of Carr & Day & Martin Gallop Medicated Shampoo.
Carr & Day & Martin Killitch is a thick lotion that reduces itching and soothes irritated skin in areas such as the mane and tail. Apply from early Spring through to Autumn by gentle rubbing with fingers or a soft cloth. If used as a preventative measure in early Spring prior to the skin irritation symptoms becoming evident and may stop the condition taking hold.
Apply to all areas affected by itching by rubbing in with fingers or soft cloth as soon as fly season starts. Initial application of 75ml should be made twice daily, reducing to once a day as irritation reduces. Perform patch test 24 hours prior to full application. Do not apply to broken skin. All affected areas should be kept clean by shampooing and rinsing with Gallop® Medicated Shampoo at least once a week. After shampooing or heavy exercise, re-apply to ensure adequate protection.
Carr & Day & Martin Gallop Medicated Shampoo is a deep cleaning, medicated shampoo with many uses, including the softening of mud fever scabs that is kind enough to be used on horses with sensitive skin. This Gallop Medicated Shampoo also features coat conditioners to produce noticeably softer hair and a shinier coat.
Gallop Medicated Shampoo includes anti-bacterial agents suitable for the treatment of dry, flaky and itchy skin. This horse shampoo also softens and helps to lifts scabs and persistent dandruff, it is therefore ideal for washing mud fever scabs prior to treatment. This Gallop Shampoo is completely pH neutral and therefore kind on damaged and sensitive skin and can be used to calm and soothe irritated areas of the coat.
This medicated horse shampoo contains Chlorhexidine gluconate (hibiscrub), triclosan, panthenol, aloe vera, jojoba, rosemary, tea tree, origanum and pomegranate and can be applied directly to the coat as well as diluted in water. Work this shampoo in well to create a lather using either a brush or sponge and ensure to rinse well afterwards. If using this shampoo on skin conditions it is advised to leave in contact with the skin for five minutes to allo the anti-bacterial cleansing agents to act before rinsing.

We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.
UK Orders
- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
- UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
- UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
- UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
- UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
- UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
- UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
- Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
- *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
- Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
- A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
- Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
International Orders
- Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
- Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
- Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email
