Details
The Epiony Spiky Massage Ball features a generously sized, firm spiked ball. This tool stimulates points on the body, helping to relax tight muscles to relieve stiffness, helps improve mobility, encourages relaxation and improves circulation.
The large spiked ball is secured on an easy-to-hold handle, allowing you to give precise massage therapy without straining your hands or wrists (easy to use with arthritic hands). The large surface area of the ball is ideal for targeting large muscle groups such as the quarters, neck, shoulders, chest and back. It is also ideal for use on yourself. Like all Epiony products, they are perfect for use on people, dogs and other animals too-for use on all.
The Spiky Massage Ball can be used to:
Increased Circulation: As you roll the ball over the body, the ball's spikes stimulate blood flow and improve circulation. This can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being.
Stress Reduction: Regular use of the Spiky Massage Ball can help reduce stress levels and aid bonding with your horse or dog. The pressure and massaging stimulate the release of endorphins.
Relaxation: By applying firm, even pressure to targeted areas of the body, the spikes help to release tightness in the muscles and fascia. The textured spikes encourage the muscles to
relax while easing discomfort.
How to use
Horses: Apply firm, even pressure on common problem areas such as along the back, neck, poll, shoulders, shoulder groove, hamstrings and quarters. This helps alleviate tension and soreness. Licking, chewing and yawning from your horse indicates relaxation and tension release.
For people: Great to use on your own back, stiff leg muscles after exercise and the arches of your feet to name a few areas.
For Dogs: Rolling gentle pressure over the muscles, avoiding the ribs, stomach and bony areas.

Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.
UK Orders
- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
- UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
- UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
- UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
- UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
- UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
- UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
- Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
- *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
- Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
- A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
- Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
International Orders
- Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
- Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
- Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email
