We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.

UK Orders

• Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
• UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
• UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
• UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
• UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
• UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
• UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
• Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
• *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
• Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
• A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
• Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
• Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

International Orders

• Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
• Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
• Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email

Returns Policy

The following is a quick guide to our returns policy:

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund for the item or exchange will be given.

Houghton Country is fully PCI Compliant. We work with SagePay, Paypal and Amazon to process your orders.

All debit/credit card payments are collected and processed by SagePay, the largest independent online Payment Service Provider in the country. You can also pay using your Paypal or Amazon accounts.
We never store card details.
We never pass on your personal details to anybody, except to enable your delivery to be made by one of our delivery partners.
