UK Orders

• Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75*
• UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
• UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 and is a 1-3 day service
• UK Mainland Next Day Delivery is £7.95 (order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday)
• UK Saturday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Sunday Delivery is £11.50 (order must be placed before 3pm on Friday)
• UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50
• Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from point of order to arrive
• *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
• Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required) - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 23rd March 2020 - Please note that DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. You will also no longer be able to change the destination of a parcel once it has been dispatched. Please use an address suitable for your goods to get to you.

UK Next Day Delivery

• A next day delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £7.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on next day delivery will be dispatched the following day on a Next Day delivery service. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note - As of 23rd March 2020 DPD is no longer offering the collection from your local store service. You will also no longer be able to change the destination of a parcel once it has been dispatched. Please use an address suitable for your goods to get to you.
• Saturday and Sunday delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, please note our courier cannot collect on a Saturday so Sunday orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
• Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.

International Orders

• Standard Europe delivery is £9.50
• Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00

Returns Policy

• You have 28 days to return a non-sale item to us; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You have 14 days to return a sale item to us for a full refund; items must be in their original packaging, unworn and not damaged. A full refund or exchange will be given.
• You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty.
